Role Overview We’re looking for a Visual Designer who can translate ideas into engaging visuals that capture the energy of movement and modern retail. This is a hybrid, full-time role based in Jaipur, offering creative flexibility and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment, someone who blends aesthetics with strategy and consistency. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain visual assets for digital and physical marketing including campaigns, in-store communication, and event branding. Create cohesive and on-brand graphics for web, social media, retail environments, and print. Collaborate closely with the marketing, retail, and content teams to ensure a unified brand narrative across all touch points. Develop visual systems and guidelines that enhance brand recall and scalability. Support creative direction during product launches, campaigns, and community initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in graphic or visual design (retail, fashion, or lifestyle industries preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or motion graphics tools is a plus. Strong understanding of typography, color, and layout principles. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines. A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, brand sensitivity, and storytelling ability.
