Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Pune/PCMC. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, managing sales operations within their assigned region, and maintaining customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and working closely with the marketing and production departments to meet customer needs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and market research abilities
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
