Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification such as CA, CA Inter 2. Proven experience (X years) in internal auditing, with a focus on payroll, revenue, or financial processes. 3. Strong understanding of payroll systems, financial accounting principles, and statutory regulations. 4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. 5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. 6. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
