Job Description: Treasury Analys

Job Overview: As the Treasury Analyst at Ramboll, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily global Treasury Middle office operations, focusing on tasks such as creating bank guarantees, bonds and Bank access administration. You will be working closely with various internal and external stakeholders Globally. Your role will encompass financial management, risk mitigation, legal compliance, negotiation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will be part of the global treasury set-up, and report to the Treasury Manager Middle Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end process of creating bank guarantees, bonds, and other financial instruments required for project execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Bank system administration. Collaborate with global teams to provide support and guidance on treasury-related matters, ensuring smooth operations across various regions. Work closely with internal control teams to maintain financial integrity and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to ensure compliance in all treasury-related activities. Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile financial data and transactions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Working on Trapped & Restricted cash reduction and cash management related aspects Account Opening / Closing process, KYCs and other Bank account management related activities Mailbox management

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in treasury operations (Middle or Backoffice), with a focus on creating bank guarantees, bonds, and managing global financial instruments.

• Strong understanding of financial markets, risk management, and legal compliance.

• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with diverse teams.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in relevant software tools, including MS Office.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field other relevant professional certifications (e.g., Legal) is a plus.
