Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator to oversee and optimize our IAM operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM technologies, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for automation and process improvement. This role involves managing day-to-day IAM tasks, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the onboarding, offboarding, and access management processes for all employees, ensuring compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities for automation within IAM processes and implement solutions using tools like PowerShell and ServiceNow.
Continuously evaluate and improve IAM processes to reduce turnaround times and increase efficiency.
Ensure all IAM activities comply with relevant regulations and security standards, such as HIPAA.
Address and resolve IAM-related issues and incidents promptly.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in IAM operations, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies (AD, Azure AD, Office 365).
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, and familiarity with ServiceNow or similar automation tools.
Proven experience in leading and managing IAM teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of IAM-related regulatory requirements and standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
