Role and Responsibilities- Responsible for Retail store designing in various states and cities in India.- Store planning in consideration of local byelaws of various authorities.- Fit out/Fitment store planning at large and mid-scale.- Coordination with BD team for Land acquisition, Coordination with Legal and commercials- experience in designing, concept working of layouts, large scale projects, working drawings, presentations, documentation work etc.- Site visits at regular intervals to minimize errors to introduce new elements in consideration of store operations. Coordination with site engineers and contractors.- Excellent in design and presentation skills.- Good in identifying and addressing architectural challenges.- Development of design from preliminary sketch.- Working Drawings and Detailing.- Good understanding of building services and coordination.- Versatile in using design software such as Auto Cad, Proficiency in 3D software would be an advantage.- Able to prepare architectural reports and documents.Qualifications and Education RequirementsB.
