We believe in fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and inclusivity. Role Overview Are you a creative Events Manager wth utmost attention to details and Pushto close attitude ? Responsibilities : Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of fundraising events (e.G., galas, auctions, online drives), including venue selection, vendor management, entertainment, and day-of logistics / production deck Donor and Sponsor Relations: Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors, corporate sponsors, and major gift prospects. This includes soliciting donations, sponsorships, and in-kind support. Marketing and Communication: Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials, manage event websites and social media, write press releases, and ensure all communications align with the organization's brand and mission. Very much preferred if you can do parts of these yourselves Volunteer and Staff Oversight: Recruit, train, and manage volunteer committees and event staff, providing leadership and clear direction for all activities. Data Management and Reporting: Utilize donor management software/CRM systems to record donor data, track campaign progress, and generate reports on event effectiveness and financial outcomes. Problem-Solving: Proactively address challenges and make quick decisions to ensure smooth event operations and a positive experience for all attendees. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: 4-6+ years of experience in fundraising, event management, marketing, or a related field, preferably within a non-profit environment. Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, non-profit management, or a related field is often required or preferred. Communication Skills: Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and persuasive writing for proposals and appeals. Organizational & Project Management Skills: Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport and strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including donors, staff, volunteers, and vendors. Technical Proficiency: Comfort with technology – especially with marketing tools / video editing etc strongly preferred Creativity and Adaptability: Creative thinking to develop new fundraising ideas and the adaptability to navigate unexpected challenges.
