Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Arcitech. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to develop intuitive and visually compelling designs for our digital products. If you have a passion for transforming complex problems into user-friendly solutions and a desire to create impactful user experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
  • Manage all stages of the visual design process from concept through to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Conceptualize original ideas that enhance simplicity and user friendliness, addressing complex design challenges.
  • Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design proposals.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to refine and optimize the design.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards within the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of design projects (2-4 years).
  • Proficiency in visual design and wire-framing tools such as Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma.
  • Experience with generative AI tools like Chat GPT and Midjourney for enhancing design workflows and generating innovative design elements.
  • Exceptional design skills with an eye for detail and a user-centric approach.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
