Job Summary

Paracoat Products Limited is seeking an experienced Manager Warehouse & Operations to lead end-to-end warehouse and operations functions at our Pantnagar Plant. The role requires strong leadership in warehouse management, customer coordination (with major OEMs like Ashok Leyland and Mahindra), quality, delivery, dispatch, and material follow-up. The candidate will also be responsible for keeping a strict check on stock mismanagement in Pantnagar (PNR) and ensuring packaging/trolley maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle customer coordination with AL (Ashok Leyland) and Mahindra, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
  • Oversee quality, delivery, and dispatch activities to meet client requirements.
  • Ensure timely material follow-up from the Hosur Unit.
  • Monitor and maintain trolley management and packaging maintenance.
  • Identify and prevent stock mismanagement at the Pantnagar unit through strict control and monitoring.
  • Drive adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align with company objectives.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics; implement process improvements for efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Industrial preferred).
  • 8 – 10 years of proven experience in warehouse and operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, dispatch, quality standards, and material management.
  • Hands-on experience in handling key OEM accounts (AL, Mahindra preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and customer-handling capabilities.
  • Familiarity with core quality tools and process optimization techniques.
