- Minimum 6+ years of relevant working experience

- Analyze functional and technical requirements, actively contributing to specification formulation.

- Demonstrate proficiency in LifeAsia and Group400/GroupAsia platforms, adeptly programming in AS/400 Control Language (CL) to deliver tasks independently.

- Participate in source code reviews, merges, and uphold high code quality standards.

- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including business users, analysts, and project managers, addressing queries and issues across various testing phases.

- Utilize expertise to analyze server logs (AS/400) and troubleshoot technical issues as required.

- Take accountability for assessing business and regulatory compliance risks, implementing mitigation measures.

- Stay updated on industry trends related to regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies, sharing insights to enhance risk management practices.

- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal oversight.

- Apply experience in the insurance domain, where applicable, to enhance project outcomes.
