Job Summary
Excellent knowledge of Quality assurance Function people planning, development, review & support.
Plant Quality Review for Quality Culture building for below areas.
Main Responsibilities
Institutionalize philosophy of “Zero customer compliant” & “First time right”
Development Quality - Initial flow control, inspection & testing of parts and gauges, APQP & PPAP Approval.
preparation, Gap analysis and Action Plan.
Product Quality - Revalidation of the running products & Gauge Calibration for 4M control & Gap analysis and actions for improvements.
Process Quality - DWM through adherence to process inspection plan, Control Plan Audit, SPC & 4M.
Supplier Quality - Manages the process qualification at supplier. Also look after progress/convergence plan with low performance suppliers involved in program in collaboration with SQD team.
Change Management Gap analysis and Action Plan.
Problem Solving Finding root cause scientifically & driving CAPA with in-depth understanding
Knowledge on IMS (IATF, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.)
Knowledge on Quality Core Tools (PFMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP)
Problem Solving Finding root cause scientifically & driving CAPA with in-depth understanding and ability to resolve technical issues with speed.
Audit skills (Product, Process & Quality System).
Good comprehension & communication.

Qualifications
BE (Mechanical or Automobile) – 18 Yrs plus.
Product & Process knowledge of Stamping, Plating & Molding.
Specialization in Six Sigma, Problem solving tools.
