Sample Manager/LIMS Implementation Analyst

Position : Sample Manager -Contract

Experience : 4+ years

Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune

Work Mode : Hybrid

Notice Period : Immediate - 15 days

- Create necessary documentations upon request - Server, database, user guide, etc.

- Sample Manager LIMS Implementation Analyst (Integration focus)

- Install and Configure SM LIMS (multiple instances) on Windows servers

- Migrate in-house built SM functionalities (including database changes, C# code, VGL code, forms, etc.) from existing SM server to new SM server

- Setup all SM interfaces to work with new interfacing systems (Majority of interface will be identical to existing SM instances).

- Perform Implementation (C#) of new SM interface or module design when necessary

- Perform system test to make sure new SM instances functioning properly (same as existing system)

- Perform IT (Integration Test) with all interfacing systems, and fix all IT issues

- Assist business users to perform UAT (User Acceptance Test), and fix all UAT issues

- Perform production go-live activity for business users to start use new SM instances, and stop using existing SM instances

- Provide warranty support (troubleshooting, and issue fixing) to business users for post production go-live

- Perform miscellaneous activities upon request - discussions, meetings, planning, coordination, etc.

- Create necessary documentations upon request - Interface configuration, user guide, etc.

- Azure Implementation Analyst

- Work with relevant in-house Azure team to understand Azure implementation, security, and control within ExxonMobil Subscription

- Work with QM team to understand all Azure Resources (Service Bus, VM, SQL Database, Application Gateway, Key Vault, APIM, etc.) setup enabling all QM Applications.

- Migrate (or recreate) all Azure Resources from Azure Global for Polaris

- Configure all newly created Azure Resources modelling after existing Azure Resources

- Assist relevant teams to perform IT (Integration Test), trouble shoot, and fix all Azure related issues

- Assist business users to perform UAT (User Acceptance Test), trouble shoot, and fix all Azure related issues

- Prepare Azure Production environments after UAT for production go-live

- Perform production go-live activity for business users to start use applications hosted in Azure

- Provide warranty support (troubleshooting, and issue fixing) to business users for post production go-live

- Perform miscellaneous activities upon request - discussions, meetings, planning, coordination, etc.

- Create necessary documentations upon request - Server, database, and interface configuration, user guide, etc.
