Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Interior Stylist specializing in luxury decor. The Interior Stylist will be responsible for curating and executing design concepts, selecting high-end decor items, coordinating with clients and vendors, and managing project timelines. They will also be responsible for staying current with design trends, sourcing luxury furnishings, and ensuring client satisfaction with every project. Create mood boards for client interior projects based on inputs from business development executives, architects, and direct client conversations to visualize design concepts effectively. Develop professional presentations showcasing product combinations, color palettes, and styling recommendations to help clients make informed purchasing decisions. Provide expert styling guidance and creative inputs to the business development team to enhance their product recommendation capabilities and deal closure success. Interact with clients and architects visiting the flagship store to understand their design vision and offer tailored styling solutions that meet their aesthetic and functional needs. Suggest appropriate product combinations, color schemes, and furnishing arrangements that align with client preferences and project requirements to maximize sales value. Collaborate with business development executives to understand project briefs and translate client requirements into cohesive design solutions using Studio Orion's product range. Stay updated on interior design trends, color forecasts, and styling techniques to provide contemporary and relevant design recommendations to clients. Support business development team in preparing customized proposals with visual styling elements that differentiate Studio Orion's offerings from competitors. Maintain a library of mood boards, styling references, and successful project examples to streamline presentation development and inspire client confidence. Participate in client meetings when required to provide on-the-spot styling expertise and address design-related queries to facilitate deal closure. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of mood boards and presentations created monthly Conversion rate of deals supported with styling inputs Client satisfaction scores for styling recommendations Turnaround time for presentation and mood board requests Business development team feedback on styling support quality Repeat engagement rate from architects and clients Reporting Relationships Reports to: Store Manager / Business Development Manager Direct Reports: None Key Competencies Design & Styling Expertise - Strong understanding of interior design principles, color theory, spatial planning, and contemporary styling trends Visual Communication - Ability to create compelling mood boards and presentations that effectively communicate design concepts and inspire client confidence Collaborative Skills - Capability to work closely with business development team, understanding their needs and providing timely, relevant styling support Client Engagement - Skills to interact professionally with clients and architects, understanding their vision and translating it into actionable design solutions
