Naturally Pahari is a food startup based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
The focus of the organisation is to create new value-added food products from the indigenously available Himalayan produce after understanding the latest trends in the consumer market.
Position
Food Technologist
Overview
M. Sc/ M. Tech Food Technology, with preferred experience in product development, research and scaling production management.
Major responsibilities
●     Generation of new products ideas and recipes
●     Modifying and improving existing recipes
●     Designing processes and machinery for the production of recipes on the large scale.
●     Ensuring strict hygiene food safety standards are met.
●     Testing and examining the samples.
●     Research current consumer markets and technologies to develop new product concepts.
●     Prepare product costing based on raw materials and manufacturing cost to ensure profitable products.
●     Writing reports, SOPs and other required documents.
●     Contacting different vendors and liasioning.
About you
●     Masters student/graduate in Food Science technology or Food Engineering with practical laboratory experience and a good theoretical understanding.
●     Able to work autonomously in a startup, act proactively, and effectively communicate with different stakeholders and perform in a high paced work environment.
●      Experience of millet-based food products will be added advantage .
●     Min 1-2 years’ experience must. A highly motivated and confident fresher can be considered.

Meticulous attention to detail, especially with regard to food hygiene and safety.
