Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of Python developers to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, guiding them in best practices, code reviews, and problem-solving.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and constraints.

- Design and architect scalable, reliable, and efficient Python codebases that incorporate basic AWS services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in software development processes.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to ensure the stability and performance of applications.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.

- Balance multiple projects and priorities effectively, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results.

- Participate in recruitment activities, including interviewing and evaluating potential candidates for the team.

- Utilize your foundational knowledge of AWS cloud services to integrate cloud components into Python applications.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AWS developments to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 8-15 years of hands-on experience in Python software development.

- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, methodologies, and best practices.

- Proficiency in designing and developing scalable and maintainable Python applications.

- Experience with relevant Python frameworks and libraries.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
