Role Overview
The key role of the Sr. Executive – SCM is:
Demand planning and forecasting for inventory of IOLs, equipment, accessories.
Prepare and report outbound shipment analysis and metrics, Inventory Analysis, Logistic Cost Analysis.
Customer Return stock handling (RMA /RGA) by system and physically and analysis of return goods.
Prepare and report KPIs pertaining to SCM internally and as required by Global team.
Outbound and inbound order processing for Distributors and Direct customers, return inventory handling, RMA/RGA process.
Warehouse activities - (i.e. internal stock movement, location transfer, and other month-end activities.
System as well as physical destruction to execute bey Obsolete/Damaged/Un-sterile goods.
Shipment tracking and daily dispatch report update.
Liaoning with CHA and custom department.
Insurance claim settlement.
Lead monthly, half yearly and annual stock take for audit.
Lead for month-end sales closing.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Sr. Executive SCM is responsible:
Outbound and inbound order processing for Distributors and Direct customers, Return Inventory handling, RMA/RGA process
Warehouse activities - (i.e. internal stock movement, location transfer, and other Month end activities)
System as well as physical destruction to execute bey Obsolete/Damaged/Un-sterile goods.
Shipment tracking and daily dispatch report update.
Liaison with CHA and custom department
Insurance claim settlement. Lead monthly, half yearly and annual stock take for audit
Lead for month-end sales closing
Requirements
Experience
Should be Graduate with 5 to 6 years’ experience, custom clearing process, warehouse functional operations
Skills/Accreditations
Must have Excellent analytical Skill Computer knowledge - with Warehouse inbound and Outbound billing process MS Office proficiency
Preference - WMS Software & basic IT knowledge
Any ERP Software knowledge must (i.e. Dynamics 365 ERP/ SAP / ORACLE)
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management
