  • Handle site inspections, measurements, and material management.
  • Resolve technical issues on-site and report critical matters to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all on-site activities.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities when required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling tools and site reporting.
  • Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks effectively.
