Software Engineer

Today, an Indian hospital revenue is largely dominated by Insurance payers - Govt + Private. With 200+ payers in the mix, the overall revenue cycle management (RCM) in India is broken, opaque, and complex filled with unexpected shortfalls and delayed realizations. About the Role We’re looking for a Software Engineer (Kotlin/Java) with 2–4 years of experience who’s hungry to learn, eager to build, and ready to grow fast. You’ll work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to build high-impact systems that power hospital operations and patient flows. What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain backend services using JVM-based technologies (Kotlin) Work on APIs, databases, and internal tools that serve hospital staff, operations teams, and patients Translate real-world workflows into clean, efficient code Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship new features quickly Constantly improve the system’s performance, reliability, and usability What We're Looking For 2–4 years of software development experience specifically in backend Comfortable working with JVM-based languages (Java, Kotlin, or Scala preferred) Working knowledge of public cloud like AWS, GCP etc Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and end to end ownership of application.
