Tech Lead full stack (H/F)

Notre client est une société dédiée aux nouvelles technologies – data, intelligence artificielle, cybersécurité, robotique, objets connectés, smart building, …au service des entreprises d’un groupe leader dans les assurances.

Le client n'accepte pas de candidatures nécessitant des démarches administratives pour une autorisation de travail (permis de séjour, permis de travail, autorisations diverses ...)

Mission

La Digital Factory est constituée de plusieurs équipes qui sont responsables de la conception, développement et exploitation des fronts office.

Nous recherchons un(e) technical leader pour participer au cadrage et à la définition des solutions les mieux adaptées pour les projets digitaux.

Il/elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec les urbanistes, architectes applicatifs transverses et les équipes de production

Dans le cadre de ses missions, la collaboratrice ou le collaborateur devra :

Prendre la responsabilité de définir et faire évoluer la trajectoire des solutions et participer à la définition des architectures techniques en relation étroite avec les équipes supports aux développements et la validation des architectes fonctionnels et applicatifs transverses.

Assurer l'encadrement de 3 à 6 développeurs

Prendre en charge de la veille techno sur certains sujets

Organiser des revues de code et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques auprès de l'équipe

Documenter les choix techniques et les bonnes pratiques

Intervenir en tant qu'expert sur les développements complexes, définir et mener les chantiers techniques.

Contribuer aux différentes communautés de développeurs ou tech lead

Profil

Profil recherché

Niveau Bac +5 école d'ingénieur ou formation informatique

Aptitudes :

Être réactif et rigoureux

Disposer de capacités d'écoute et de médiation.

Challenger les besoins et solutions.

Savoir communiquer et convaincre aussi bien à l'oral qu'à l'écrit en s'appuyant sur un esprit de synthèse développé.

Compétences générales :

Analyse et compréhension des besoins, Décomposer les problématiques, les organiser,

Compréhension et analyse des architectures fonctionnelles et techniques.

Savoir intégrer l'optimisation des coûts dans la conception des solutions et des architectures.

Compétences Techniques :

Maîtriser et avoir pratiqué pendant 4 ans au moins un large spectre de technologies dont Java +11 , VueJs , Angular, SQL idéalement présentes dans le secteur Banque/Assurance

Maitriser les architectures SOA, Micro services, SRO, API d'entreprise sous tendues aux services et architectures Cloud.

Être imprégné des exigences sur la sécurité des infrastructures, des accès et des données

Expériences avec des outils/Framework : Git, Maven, SpringBoot

La connaissance de la programmation réactive

Une précédente expérience d'encadrement de développeurs dans un cadre agile est un plus

Compétences minimum attendues :

Niveau Bac +5 école d'ingénieur ou formation informatique

Maîtriser et avoir pratiqué pendant 4 ans au moins un large spectre de technologies dont Java +11 , VueJs , Angular, SQL idéalement présentes dans le secteur Banque/Assurance
