We areseeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Data Scientistto join our team. As a Principal Data Scientist you will lead thedevelopment and implementation of advanced data science solutionsto address complex business challenges. You will be responsible forleveraging cuttingedge techniques in machine learning statisticalanalysis and data mining to extract insights from large datasetsand drive datadriven decisionmaking across the organization. Theideal candidate will have a strong background in data scienceproven leadership abilities and a track record of deliveringimpactful solutions in a fastpacedenvironment.

Responsibilities :

  • Leadthe design development and deployment of innovative data sciencesolutions to solve complex businessproblems.
  • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to define project objectivesrequirements and successcriteria.
  • Applyadvanced machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques toanalyze large datasets and extract actionableinsights.
  • Developpredictive models optimization algorithms and other analyticaltools to support decisionmakingprocesses.
  • Mentorand provide guidance to junior data scientists fostering a cultureof continuous learning anddevelopment.
  • Engagewith customers to understand their needs challenges and goals andtranslate them into data science solutions that drivevalue.
  • Leadand facilitate workshops meetings and presentations to gatherrequirements communicate findings and solicit feedback fromstakeholders.
  • Stayabreast of the latest advancements in data science machine learningand related fields and evaluate their applicability to our businesschallenges.
  • Communicatefindings and recommendations to key stakeholders through clear andcompelling visualizations reports andpresentations.
  • Drivethe adoption of best practices in data science including dataquality assessment feature engineering model evaluation anddeployment.
  • Collaboratewith engineering teams to integrate data science solutions intoproduction systems and ensure scalability reliability andperformance.

Requirements
  • Mastersor Ph.D. degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or arelatedfield.
  • 79years of experience in a data science role with a track record ofdelivering impactful solutions to complex businessproblems.
  • Expertisein machine learning statistical analysis and data mining techniqueswith handson experience in tools such as Python R orMATLAB.
  • Strongprogramming skills and proficiency in data manipulation andanalysis using libraries such as pandas NumPy scikitlearn orTensorFlow.
  • Experiencewith big data technologies such as Hadoop Spark or Kafka ispreferred.
  • Excellentproblemsolving skills and the ability to think critically andanalytically.
  • Strongleadership abilities with a demonstrated track record of leadingand mentoringteams.
  • Excellentcommunication and presentation skills with the ability to translatecomplex technical concepts into clear and actionable insights fornontechnicalstakeholders.
  • Abilityto work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and managemultiple prioritiessimultaneously.
  • Strongattention to detail and a commitment to delivering highqualitywork.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Experiencein cloud computing platforms such as AWS Azure or Google CloudPlatform.
  • Knowledgeof deep learning techniques and frameworks such as TensorFlow orPyTorch.
  • Experienceworking in industries such as ecommerce banking & andfinance ortelecommunications.
  • Certificationsin data science or related fields (e.g. AWS Certified MachineLearning Specialty Microsoft Certified: Azure Data ScientistAssociate).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, orrelated field. (Master's degree preferred) Proven experience incloud cost management, administration, or related roles. In-depthknowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, orGoogle Cloud. Strong analytical skills with the ability tointerpret complex data and identify cost optimizationopportunities. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python,PowerShell) for automation tasks. Familiarity with cloud managementtools and platforms (e.g., AWS Cost Explorer, Azure CostManagement). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, withthe ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Relevantcertifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, MicrosoftCertified: Azure Administrator, or Google Cloud Certified -Professional Cloud Architect are a plus.
