Your Mission, Should You Choose to Apply: At Novatr, we rely on a meticulous financial system to drive our business forward. The Finance Executive department keeps that system running smoothly by managing cash flow, paying vendors, suppliers and employees, maintaining Fixed Asset Register and ensuring no non-compliance. We are searching for a skilled financial specialist to join our team to help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The Finance Executive will have a daily, ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners. Objectives: Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting Comply with India and US financial regulations.Responsibilities & Duties: Processing of invoices, purchase orders, credit memos and payment transactions. Track and process approved employee expense claims. Perform monthly supplier reconciliation & maintain supplier master file. Update Cash flow report for disbursements on a daily basis. Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports, including aging reports, cash flow projections, and vendor performance metrics Process foreign currency invoices and handle 15CA/CB. Assist with journal entries such as AP accruals/reclasses, along with reconciliations, and other assigned tasks related to accounts payable, in a timely manner to comply with the close calendar and checklists. Ensure compliance with provision of law on PF, ESIC, Ptax, TDS, GST etc., and to submit timely information to facilitate on time filing of various tax returns. Prepare and publish financial reports and schedules on a monthly basis (Expense reports, balance reconciliations and other month end book close reports etc). Work closely with the payroll lead and other stakeholders to ensure error free disbursement of salaries to employees on time and accounting the same in tally. Assist team with ad hoc projects, as needed. Ensure timely response to supplier queries. Drive continuous improvement across the P2P process. Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets, maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register on a timely basis. Conduct periodic physical verification of assets. Staying updated with changes in tax laws and accounting standards to ensure compliance.YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU: Experience: You have an experience of 3-5 years as a finance executive Education: You have a M.Com./ B.Com. degree preferably in Accounting or Finance/ Semi-qualified You have experience with international payments/receipts and respective regulatory and banking compliances in India and US. Attention to Detail: You have a strong mathematical skill. Team Player: You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy brainstorming new ideas. Technical Skills: You are skilled in using tools like Tally, Excel, or Advanced Power BI. Quick Learner: You have the ability to swiftly grasp new programs, concepts, and strategies.
