ResponsibilitiesExperience in Fund Centre Accounting, Investment management, Treasury and Lease accountingConfiguration of Treasury, Lease Accounting, Investment management modules in IMG based on business requirementsUnderstanding of integration with MM, SDLooking for improvement opportunities in business systemsAssisting in testing process in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experienceApplication support and training of end usersCooperating with consultants from other modules of implementation partnerTo work closely with the departments, supporting with tasks as required and ensuring successful delivery.To support and coach team members through the programme and project processes.Requirement analysis and requirement gathering and preparing of BRDShould be able to support BGLC, Loans, Deposits and Mutual FundsShould have good understating of lease module and should be able to support Lease accounting as per requirements.Must HaveGood understanding of the requirements analysis definition and specification process of Airline industry.Should be a chartered accountant or MBA Finance and Should have a strong understanding of accounting and business processes and their impactHas understanding and knowledge of all the modules of SAP and their integrationHave managed teams of people and can demonstrate people management skills.Be a good communicator (verbal and written).Attitude:Team player/ Collaborative.Good commination skillsSelf-motivated and self-starter.The ability to perform the tasks askedThe drive to continuous personal improvement.The ability to motivate and inspire others within the team.Positive outlook on work and the activities presented.Flexible/Adaptable.Delivery Focused
