Inside Sales Executive

Job Location: Hyderabad (Work from office, Hybrid Mode)
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential prospects.
Engage with prospects and customers via phone calls, emails, and online channels to understand their requirements and present relevant service offerings.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics that align with company objectives.
Meet or exceed lead targets by effectively managing a lead pipeline.
Provide accurate and timely lead forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the sales management team.
Continuously expand product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to articulate value propositions and address customer needs effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing department to support lead-generation campaigns, promotional activities, and content development.
Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales opportunities.
Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Qualifications and Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in Inside sales, International BPO, and telemarketing preferably in a B2B environment both Inbound and Outbound.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Experience in aggressive cold calling with a combination of emails and research activities
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer relationships.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant sales software.
