Europe/UKWe are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an MS Dynamics CRM Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise and grow in a collaborative and flexible work environment.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand client requirements, translating them into effective MS Dynamics CRM solutions.Design, develop, customize, and deploy MS Dynamics CRM applications, workflows, plugins, and integrations to meet business needs.Implement data migration strategies to ensure seamless transition from legacy systems to MS Dynamics CRM.Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise, ensuring system reliability and performance.Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the CRM ecosystem.Assist in user training and support, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of the MS Dynamics CRM platform.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to MS Dynamics CRM and provide recommendations for enhancements.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing MS Dynamics CRM solutions.Strong proficiency in customization, configuration, and extension of MS Dynamics CRM using tools like C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related technologies.Experience in integrating MS Dynamics CRM with other systems and third-party applications.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Flexibility to work in the Europe time zone to align with client needs.Ability to work in a hybrid mode, balancing remote and office-based work as required.Additional Skills (Preferred):Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications.Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure services.Knowledge of data privacy regulations (such as GDPR) and their implications on CRM solutions.Benefits:Competitive compensation package based on experience.Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.Flexible work arrangement, including hybrid mode of working.Engaging and inclusive work environment.Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and challenging projects.If you are a skilled MS Dynamics CRM Engineer with a passion for delivering effective solutions and enhancing business processes, and you thrive in an innovative and collaborative atmosphere, we invite you to apply.
