R Shiny Developer - Credit and Market Risk Models (2+ years)

Location : Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon

Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated R Shiny Developer with expertise in credit and market risk modeling. The ideal candidate should have advanced programming skills in R and R Shiny, a background in the finance industry, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of structured finance is a plus. If proficiency in R and R Shiny is not found, candidates with experience in application development using Python, C++, or Java will also be considered.

Responsibilities :

1. Utilize advanced programming skills in R to develop and implement credit and market risk models and algorithms.

2. Leverage R Shiny skills to build intuitive and user-friendly UI.

3. Collaborate with analytical teams to accurately translate criteria documents and design and implement models.

4. Communicate complex concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI design and financial programming.

Requirements :

1. Advanced programming skills in R and R Shiny, with a strong understanding of statistical analysis and UI/UX design.

2. Background in the finance industry, with knowledge of financial markets and instruments.

3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

4. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

5. Experience with structured finance is preferred, but not required. Experience in application development using Python, Java, or C++ if not proficient in R/R Shiny.
