We are seeking a **Senior QA Engineer** for our client, **in the US which is a cutting-edge company specializing in cloud-based platforms for the **concrete and bulk materials industry**.

### **Position Overview**:We are seeking an experienced **Senior QA Engineer** with extensive expertise in **integration testing**. This contract position will focus on testing BCMI’s platforms in conjunction with external tools like **Command Alkon**, **SAP ERP**, **Sage**, **Twilio**, **TrackIt**, **Jonel**, **Microsoft Dynamics 365**, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience in the **bulk materials construction industry** and a strong track record in **API testing** and **data integration**.

### **Key Responsibilities**:- Lead the **QA testing** the client's platforms: **Material Pro**, **Material Now**, and **Client's Dispatch**, ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems, including:Command Alkon, SAP ERP, Sage, Twilio, TrackIt, Jonel, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Digital Fleet, Trimble, Vertex, Vonage, WeatherKit, Solomon Colors, StoneMont Solutions, Verifi, Command QC, Esker, OnBase by Hyland, Quadrel, Willaman Solutions, Versapay - **Willaman Solutions**- Develop and execute **integration test plans** to validate real-time data flow between dispatch, CRM, and analytics platforms.- Perform **API testing** to ensure accurate data exchange between BCMI’s systems and external tools.- Validate the functionality of **AI-driven features** such as voice-to-text capabilities and predictive analytics.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration with third-party systems.- Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, defect logs, and performance metrics.- Ensure system reliability and compliance with **bulk materials construction industry** standards, particularly in workflows related to dispatch and logistics operations.

### **Qualifications**:- **5+ years** of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on **integration testing** for SaaS platforms.-Mobile Testing and integration testing is critical qualification for this role- Expertise with external tools such as **SAP ERP**, **Sage**, **Twilio**, **TrackIt**, **Microsoft Dynamics 365**, and other related systems is required.- Strong experience in **API testing**, real-time data validation, and end-to-end system testing.- Experience in the **bulk materials construction industry** is highly preferred.- Proven experience with **manual and automated testing** tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman).- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, particularly in complex integrations.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a **remote contract position**.-Preferably should have construction experience domain/industry
