Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Engineer located in Hyderabad, with some work from home acceptable. The Field Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delevering program for CNC machines. They will also engage in programming CNC machine toolpaths, assisting with software installation, Cutting Tools sales, as well as offering customer training and support. Additionally, the Field Engineer will be responsible for managing field service projects and maintaining clear communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Experience in Field Service and Project Management
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience with CNC machines and robotics equipment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed
