Twilio resource should havean understanding of the state management library Redux. Twilioresource should be familiar with serverless functions. Twilioresource should be familiar with Task Router for flex. Twilioresource should be able to troubleshoot and debug issues related toTwilio integration and performance Twilio resource should be ableto communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders andprovide technical guidance and support
