Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive Role Description
The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a key role in expanding SFE's market reach by assisting in sales operations, lead generation, client communications, and marketing activities . This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are organized, analytical, and proactive in building business relationships . The candidate will develop sales strategies, and support customer engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
· Maintain and update customer databases & sales reports .
· Lead generation by cold calling, emailing, and networking with potential clients.
· Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, techno-commercial offers and other marketing materials .
· Assist in client communications, follow-ups, and coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
· Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, and management) for execution / client requirements .
· Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing activities as needed. Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
· Very Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with clients and internal teams.
· Proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, reports, and CRM management) or G Suite .
· Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles in the engineering or manufacturing sector (preferred).
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
· Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and customer insights.
· Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in a technical sales role.
