The ideal candidate will helpresolve existing platform issues , optimise processes, andupskill internal staffthrough knowledge transfer and best practice guidance.This is a hands-on, flexible role ideal for professionals who enjoy short-term technical engagements and mentoring.If you are a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong ITSM expertise and are interested in a flexible engagement focused on impactful support and team enablement, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues within ServiceNowConfigure and enhanceITSM processes and workflowsDevelop scripts and automation solutionsSupportintegrations with Salesforce, Jira, Slack,and other systemsProvide knowledge transfer and guidance to internal team membersCollaborate remotely with at least3–4 hours overlap with Perth (AWST)Required Skills & Qualifications✔ServiceNow Certified Developer and/or Administrator✔ Strong expertise inIT Service Management (ITSM)✔ Hands-on experience with:Configuration & form designScripting (JavaScript / ServiceNow scripting)Workflow and automation designThird-party integrations (Salesforce, Jira, Slack)Excellent troubleshooting and communication skillsPrevious experience in knowledge sharing or mentoring preferred
