Job Description: Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Tester (Integrations, Custom Apps, Scripting) Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow ITSM modules. Perform end-to-end testing of ServiceNow ITSM workflows including Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, and Knowledge Management. Test and validate integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., LDAP, email, monitoring tools, CMDB feeds). Collaborate with development and implementation teams to test custom applications and ServiceNow configurations. Utilize ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions) to support test automation and validation efforts. Identify, document, and track defects using defect tracking tools; work closely with developers to resolve issues. Conduct regression testing and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Analyze functional and technical specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Provide recommendations to improve test processes and ServiceNow functionalities. Support deployment activities by validating functionality in development, test, and production environments. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules and lifecycle testing. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO). Proficient in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Glide APIs. Experience testing custom-built applications on the ServiceNow platform. Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies and tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Must : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD). Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
