
Telesales Executive

Responsibilities:
1) Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
2)Answer questions about products or the company
3) Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
4)Enter and update customer information in the database
5)Take and process orders in an accurate manner
6)Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
7)Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
8)Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
9)Ensure the sale of the company's offerings through the telephone
10)Meet monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques
Requirements & Skills
1)Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
2)Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
3)Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
4)Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
5)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6)Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
7)Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
8)Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or a similar discipline
Proven record of meeting sales targets
Outstanding negotiation and time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9, ₹28,351.96 per month
