This belief has been built on the following corporate values. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Executive located in Hyderabad. As a Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Day-to-day tasks include developing job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. Ensuring effective communication between candidates and hiring teams, as well as maintaining detailed recruitment records, will also be key responsibilities. Qualifications Expertise in Job Description Development and crafting roles tailored to organizational needs Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and managing candidate pipelines Strong Communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders Experience in Interviewing and assessing candidate skills and cultural fit Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in recruitment software and tools is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
