Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and key performance indicators.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues that arise.Facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure alignment and engagement among team members and stakeholders.Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring that quality standards are met.Identify and mitigate risks proactively to minimize impact on project delivery.Mentor and guide junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in a remote work environment.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
