Role : Program Manager

Yrs of Exp : 14+

Description : The resource will manage Program, Projects that enhance Digital Channels like mobile banking applications, KYC updating processes through digital platforms, and digital payment systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in program /project management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of digital banking technologies.


Must Have


>Define program goals, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring clarity and alignment across all projects and stakeholders.

>Establish governance structures, processes, and communication channels to facilitate effective program management and decision-making.

>Manage a portfolio of digital projects and initiatives, prioritizing resources, timelines, and budgets to achieve program objectives.

>Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.


>Strong in Project Planning and Execution. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

>Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), Waterfall methodology.

>Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary

>Oversee the development and enhancement of digital channels /mobile banking applications, through digital platforms, enhancing customer experience and regulatory compliance.


>Drive initiatives to expand and optimize digital payment solutions, ensuring secure and efficient transaction processes.

>Strong leadership and team management abilities, good communication and interpersonal skills.

>Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, implementing optimization strategies accordingly.

>Work with IT and operations teams to ensure high availability, reliability, and speed of digital services.


Good to Have

>PMP Certification

>Proven experience as a program manager or senior project manager,

with a focus on digital channels and technology-driven initiatives within the banking or financial services industry.

>Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, technologies, and trends,

with the ability to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable strategies and solutions.


Location and way of working

· PAN India

· This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations.
