We are looking for an experienced RPA Engineer to join our distributed engineering team, primarily based in India, to design, build, manage, and maintain robust automation processes.The Challenge:- Data → Web: Accurately map structured JSON payloads onto hundreds of unique web forms, each with varying layouts, validation rules, and anti-bot measures.- Reliability: Ensure consistent, successful data submissions 24×7 with robust monitoring, retry mechanisms, and auditable logging.- Continuous Change: New websites and forms are regularly onboarded, and existing sites frequently change their structures or security measures. Your automations must quickly adapt and scale efficiently within Azure microservices.Key Responsibilities:- Build & Extend Automations: Design, develop, and deploy resilient RPA bots capable of processing structured JSON inputs and automating web form interactions.- Operate & Monitor: Implement robust monitoring systems, alerts, and automated self-healing. Maintain operational dashboards using tools like Azure Monitor and Application Insights.- Administer & Maintain: Regularly update automation scripts to accommodate changes in website structures, manage secure credentials through Azure Key Vault, and maintain CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps.- Quality & Compliance: Write comprehensive unit and functional tests, perform code reviews, ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations, and participate in threat modelling exercises.- Collaborate & Document: Work closely with Product, Backend, and DevOps teams to document automation logic, common issues, and support runbooks.Essential Skills & Experience:- 3+ years professional RPA development (UiPath, Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium or similar) with demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end solutions.- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript; hands-on experience with Node.js and Next.js frameworks.- Proven production experience within Microsoft Azure environments (Azure Functions, Container Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, Application Insights).- In-depth knowledge of web-form automation: DOM manipulation, CAPTCHA handling, session management, and dynamic form validation.- Experience in implementing observability tools (structured logging, metrics, distributed tracing).- Demonstrated ability to maintain and optimise automations at scale, including managing concurrent executions and deployment strategies.- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of drafting clear documentation and interacting effectively with international teams.Desirable (Nice to Have):- Familiarity with Python for scripting and quick data transformations.- Experience working within regulated industries (finance, insurance, real estate, etc.).- Exposure to container orchestration technologies such as Azure Kubernetes Service or Docker Swarm.Why PropertyLoop:- Impact: Your automations will streamline and significantly improve operational efficiency.- Autonomy: Opportunity to own the automation lifecycle and influence technical architecture.- Modern Tech Stack: Serverless-first approach, microservices architecture, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps.- Flexible Remote Working: Fully remote working across India with supportive, collaborative team culture.- Professional Development: Annual learning budget, reimbursement for certifications, regular internal knowledge-sharing sessions.- Inclusive Workplace: We value diversity and provide equal opportunities to all candidates.Click Apply or email with the subject line “RPA Engineer – Web-Form Automation”.PropertyLoop is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on any basis.
