Finance & Accounts Executive
to manage the overall accounts.

The Role

We are seeking a sharp and detail-driven
Finance Executive
with 2–3 years of experience preferably in the
E-commerce industry
. The ideal candidate will be a commerce graduate with hands-on expertise in
Tally ERP 9, Excel, and Google Sheets
, and the ability to manage day-to-day finance operations with accuracy and efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Record and manage
    Tally ERP 9 entries
    .
  • Handle
    invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
    .
  • Ensure accurate filing of
    GSTR, TDS, and EPF returns
    .
  • Manage
    procurement, vendor coordination, and payment processing
    .
  • Track and monitor
    material consumption
    and reconcile records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows.
  • Maintain financial compliance and ensure timely statutory submissions.
  • MIS preparation

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience
    in the E-commerce sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Commerce (B.Com or equivalent)
    .
  • Strong working knowledge of
    Tally ERP 9, Excel, and Google Sheets
    .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
