Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts and Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, handling administrative duties, and maintaining thorough documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Invoice Creation: Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and promptly.
- Purchase Invoice Entry: Record purchase invoices in Tally, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
- GST Return Filing: Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- GSTR-2B Reconciliation: Reconcile GSTR-2B to ensure input tax credit is accurately claimed.
- TDS Deduction: Manage TDS deductions and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing: Prepare and file income tax returns accurately and timely.
- Balance Sheet Finalization: Assist in the finalization of the balance sheet, ensuring all financial statements are accurate and compliant.
- Profit and Loss Statement: Prepare and analyse profit and loss statements to monitor financial performance.
- LUT Bond Handling: Manage the application and renewal of LUT bonds for exports.
- Import/Export Bill Entry: Record and manage import and export bill entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Payroll Report Generation: Prepare and manage payroll reports, ensuring all employee compensation is recorded accurately.
- Salary Sheet Creation: Create and maintain salary sheets, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- EPFO & ESIC Deduction: Handle EPFO and ESIC deductions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
- Administrative Tasks: Take care of various administrative duties including document management and general office support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and financial management.
- Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
