Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic HR - Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our company's ongoing success. You will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to managing the interview process and onboarding new hires

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networking sites, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability. Schedule and conduct in-person interviews, following a structured and consistent approach.
  • Prepare and present interview evaluations to hiring managers, providing comprehensive recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Stay informed about current trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
