Senior Interior Designer shall be an important support to the Associate Architect for Design and Documentation. He shall be able to Review Drawings, Presentations, and Designs.

· have sound knowledge of all Architectural and interior designing software.

· be able to create a reference board based on material specifications on the given design brief.

· have good knowledge of design software like AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Ms. Office.

· be target-oriented.

. Should be able to prepare project timelines with the team

. Should have good knowledge of materials, vendors, and costs.

. Should have experience of handling clients and his project team

Responsibilities

· Defining project timelines

. Preparing drawing list for the team

· Communicate effectively with the team.

· Prepare material boards with specifications for clients

· Prepare working Drawings and Detailed BOQs and costing for the project

· Coordinating with the site daily.

· Doing site visits and reviewing whether the site is following the design and drawings.

' Taking critical decisions at site

Qualifications

· Adequate qualification and at least 3-4 years of experience in related fields Proficient in various design software and Microsoft Office suite

· Strong creative and communication skills

· Demonstrated ability to execute
