- Equipment Repairs

- Training on operations and maintenance.

- Increase the Productivity& Quality.

JobDescription:

The incumbent would be responsible for the following:

1. Visiting the customers forattending to technical jobs viz., assessments, fault finding, repairs, periodic servicing,refurbishing etc.

2. Ensuring customer satisfaction by fast response and quick &efficient service for nurturing long-term relationships

3. Ensuring audit of equipmentat site for Safety, Operations and maintenance practices of contractor.

4. Stock takingof parts at site.

5. Repairing, reusing or salvaging the spare parts, understandrecurring problems of the products, judicious replacement of FOC spares atcustomer-s site and sending back items under warranty to HO for proper accountingand documentation.

6. Providing training to contractor personnel on operations andmaintenance aspects with special focus on safety of the equipment & people.

7.Ensuring Monthly Asset Verification.

8. Repairing vendor work validation.

NOTE:

1.The incumbent would have to travel extensively for rendering Services & technical assistance.

2. Should possess a valid Two/Four-Wheeler Driving License

3. Open to relocation as per company requirement.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATION

Essential:

Diploma in Engineering / Graduate in any discipline or ITI / ITI with NCTVT

Preferred:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering

REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential:

2 years of relevant work experience for Diploma in Engineering OR 3 years ofrelevant work experience for Graduate in any discipline (service and maintenance ofMobile equipment or industrial products or similar industry) Or 8 years of workexperience for ITI with NCTVT 10 years of work experience for ITI

Preferred:

Associate in repairs and maintenance of Material Handling EquipmentsRole & responsibilities
