Introduction to Role:
We are seeking a Network Automation Lead Consultant responsible for developing IT network infrastructure automation solutions and standards that meet or exceed business performance expectations. The role holder will be owning end to end product life/maturity cycle from Evaluation, Selection, Purchase, Design, Implement, Operate, Optimize and Retire. This position will design, develop and deliver automation platforms, CI/CD pipeline to support deployment automation, day-two automation, and Network Reliability and Operation Functions.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Proficiency in Ansible or Python programming and willingness to learn and adopt new languages as necessary.
Experience in building AI-Ops framework leveraging existing tool set like Itential, NetBrain, etc.
Understanding of system protocols, how systems operate and data and traffic flows.
Ability to independently develop a full software stack, and understand the building blocks, interactions, dependencies, and tools required to complete software and automation.
Good sense of user interaction and usability design to provide an intuitive, seamless end-user experience.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with subject matter experts to extract critical business concepts.
Ability to work and potentially lead in an Agile methodology environment.
