Job description


Job Title: Business Analyst - Ecommerce Fashion Business


Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic-minded individual to join

our team as a Business Analyst for our Ecommerce Fashion Business. The ideal candidate

will possess a strong understanding of both business and technology, with a focus on driving

data-driven decisions to optimize our online retail operations. This role will involve in

creating Business dashboard and operational metrics to identify opportunities for growth and

efficiency within our ecommerce platform.


Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough analysis of ecommerce performance metrics including sales,

conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention.

2. Utilize data mining techniques to extract insights from large datasets related to

customer behavior, product performance, and market trends.

3. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators

(KPIs) and communicate insights to stakeholders.

4. Perform competitive analysis to benchmark our ecommerce performance against

industry peers and identify areas for differentiation.

5. Support the development of strategic initiatives and business cases by providing data-

driven recommendations and insights.

6. Stay current with ecommerce industry trends, technologies, and best practices to

inform strategic decision-making.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer

Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

2. Proven experience (3-4 years) as a Business Analyst, or similar role in the ecommerce

industry, preferably within the fashion sector.

3. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as SQL, Excel, Python/R, and

data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data

into actionable insights.

5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and

recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

6. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in analysis and

reporting.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic

environment.

8. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and

web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
