Nationality: Indian Key competencies Proficient in starting engine and pulling levers to control movement of caterpillar treads to move machine into position Adept with excavating mechanism Proficient in observing hand signals, grade stakes, and other markings when operating machines Well-versed in moving hand levers to start and stop digging equipment, and to raise or lower it for correct depth of trench Proficient in reading written instructions to move or excavate material Adept in undertaking machine repair and maintenance work Well-versed in directing Ground Workers engaged in activities, such as moving stakes or markers
