Panchwati Builders is seeking an experienced
Civil Engineer
with a proven track record in
warehouse and industrial construction projects
. This is a key role that involves overseeing project execution, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of warehouse construction projects
  • Supervise site work to ensure timelines, cost, and quality targets are met
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and structural standards
  • Prepare BOQs, daily progress reports, and maintain project documentation

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse or industrial construction
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project (or equivalent tools)
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to handle site-related challenges independently
