As an Automation Service Engineerat INGSOL you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamlessintegration programming and maintenance of automation systemsarchitecture with a primary focus on Siemens and Allen Bradleyplatforms. With 34 years of relevant experience you will bring yourexpertise in PLC and Drives programming to contribute to thesuccess of our automationprojects.


Requirements

SystemDesign :

1.Understand client/projectrequirements and develop efficient automation systemarchitecture

2.Evaluate equipment andcomponents and select efficient and optimalcomponents.

Programming:

1.Proficient in PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) Phoenix Contact/ Siemens / AllenBradley

2.Proficient in FieldbusProtocols like Modbus Modbus TCP Ethernet IP. Profinetetc.

3.Proficient in Drivesprogramming ABB / Siemens /Delta

4.Proficient in HMI and SCADAdesign Phoenix Contact /Ignition

5.Remote access communicationsystems for networking. Open vpn/ Vpntunnel


OnSite and RemoteSupport:

Undertake onsiteservice visits and also provide remote support to clients asneeded.

Collaboration:

Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration ofautomation systems.

Communicateeffectively with clients understanding their needs and providingappropriatesolutions.

Documentation:

Maintaincomprehensive documentation for all projects including programmingcode troubleshooting steps and systemconfigurations.

KeySkills:

Handsonexperience with Siemens and Allen Bradley automationsystems.

Proficiency in PLC and Drivesprogramming.

Strong analytical andtroubleshooting skills.

Excellentcommunicationskills.

Qualifications:

Bachelorsdegree in Electrical Engineering Automation or a relatedfield.

34 years of relevant experiencein automationservices.

Bachelor's or Master s degree in Engineering, Business, SupplyChain Management, or a related field. Engineering (Electrical /Mechanical) with MBA will be preferred. 2-5 years of experience inprocurement or a related role. Strong negotiation skills with theability to build and maintain relationships. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity withprocurement software and tools is a plus. Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fast-pacedenvironment
