We are looking for a skilled finance professional with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager (AM) - Finance & Accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company.
  • Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounts, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including accounting principles, financial analysis, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as Excel, QuickBooks, or SAP.
  • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting is required.
