Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Growth Consultant. The Growth Consultant will focus on generating leads, handling sales, planning events, and executing marketing strategies.   • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
  • Proficiency in Event Planning and Marketing strategies
  • Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the mid-sized enterprise sector is a plus
