Job ResponsibilitiesWork on a variety of different auditing projectsCoordinate daily client interactions and ensure the efficient information flow from the US teams to ensure timely completeness of tasks assignedAbility to simultaneously run multiple engagements of varying size and complexityExcel in a dynamic work environment servicing a variety of EBP clientsDemonstrate a working knowledge of the general aspects of the regulatory environment surrounding employee benefit plansSupervise audit associates and interns on engagements and providing coaching, timely feedback, and reviewing their audit documentationIdentify and communicate potential issues and opportunities for audit efficiencies and process improvement to Managers and PrincipalsConsult with US Leadership/clients on various internal accounting related transactions, as neededDevelopment of one-on-one relationships with US-based audit leadsDrive quality project deliverablesParticipate in Training and Development to hone skills of peers and selfPrepare audit reports and statements for reviewKnowledgeably answer client audit queries in good time.

Requirements for Successful CandidateAny graduate with minimum 1 year experience in performing EBP Audits or CA/ACCA/CPA (Qualified or Pursuing)Self-motivated with strong work ethicOrganizational skills to provide client reports within scheduled time framesProactive approach to accuracy and attention to detailKnowledge of QuickBooks™ and other US accounting systemsProficiency in intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS OfficeStrong interpersonal and exceptional communication skillsPossesses a combination of both problem-solving and innovation skills to attend to several technical production challenges
