Role Overview We’re hiring a full-cycle outbound closer — someone who can: Find the right prospects Break in with cold outreach Run discovery & pitch Close high-ticket B2B deals You’ll work closely with founders and delivery leadership. Your goal is not to "hand off" — your goal is to drive revenue end to end. Responsibilities Own the full outbound sales cycle: prospect, connect, sell, close. Execute cold outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn using proven scripts. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. Conduct discovery, pitch, and proposal calls with mid-market & enterprise buyers (IT, Ops, Product, C-level). Collaborate with internal technical/delivery team to ensure alignment. Manage CRM hygiene, forecasting, and follow-up with precision. Consistently hit monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Requirements 2+ years full-cycle B2B sales experience (SDR → AE, Outbound AE, or founder-led selling). Proven track record of cold outbound success (calls, email, LI). Comfortable engaging senior technical and business stakeholders. Ability to run discovery, tailor solutions, and close consultative deals. Strong communication and objection-handling skills. Self-starter mindset — thrives without micromanagement. Experience selling tech services or software/outsourcing is a plus.
